General Terms & Conditions

The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of a minimum deposit of 30% of the total stay amount.

The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.

Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included.

Tourist tax is payable on site.

Additional services (table d'hôtes, drinks, specific options) are not included in the accommodation rate.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or cash (within legal limits).

If the balance is not paid on time, the Mas reserves the right to cancel the booking. The deposit will be retained.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services at a specific date.

• Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit by bank transfer.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay is due.
• No-show: the stay will be charged in full.
• Any stay started or cut short remains due in full.

All cancellations must be made by email and confirmed in writing. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Check-in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If delayed, please let us know so we can organise accordingly.

Check-out by 10:30 AM. A late check-out not agreed in advance may result in an additional night being charged.

Each room, gîte and apartment is designed for a specific number of guests. No additional guests may be accommodated without prior agreement. Minors are the full responsibility of their accompanying adults. Subletting is prohibited.

• The Mas is a non-smoking property (rooms, gîtes and common areas). Ashtrays are available on the terraces.
• Food in bedrooms is not permitted for hygiene reasons.
• Guests agree to return accommodation in perfect condition and report any damage.

Cleaning is provided on arrival. Additional cleaning during the stay is available at €20. Towels can be changed on request.

Some companions are welcome, exceptionally and with our prior agreement. Only the Gîte Luberon and the Roussillon and Chants des Cigales rooms welcome pets.

• One pet per party, kept on a lead on the property.
• Pets must never be left alone in the accommodation.
• Pet waste must be collected.
• A specific cleaning supplement of €30 per stay applies.

Any damage caused remains the owner's responsibility. The Mas reserves the right to refuse a pet whose behaviour disturbs the peace of the property.

The pool is accessible during the hours posted on site. Children must be under constant adult supervision. Use of the pool is entirely at the swimmers' own risk.

Continental breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM — a generous buffet included in the room rate.

Table d'hôtes is offered in the evening on prior reservation. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements. A table d'hôtes reservation cancelled on the day may be charged.

A security deposit may be required on arrival. It will be returned after the departure inspection, minus any damages or restoration costs.

Photographs on our materials are not contractual.

Mas des 4 Fontaines cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, exceptional weather, network outages or events beyond its control.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 8 days of departure.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the client may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

Information collected is used solely for reservation management. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data upon written request.
